B.Ed. (Annual) Examination
ESSENTIALS OF EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY
Paper-IV
Time: Three Hours                                                                                Maximum Marks: 80
The candidates shall limit their answers precisely within the answer-book (40 pages) issued to them and no supplementary/continuation sheet will be issued.
Note: Attempt five questions in all. Q. No. 1 is compulsory. Select one question from each section. All Questions carry equal marks
Compulsory Question
1.    Write short notes on the following in 75 to 100 words each :
a.    Tele-Conferencing
b.    Multi-Sensory Instruction
c.    Simulation and Games
d.    Micro-teaching
e.    Personalised system of Instruction

SECTION - I
2.    What do you mean by Programmed Instruction? How it can be helpful in teaching-learning process?
3.    Define Educational Technology. Explain the role of educational technology in education.

SECTION - II
4.    What are the different stages of teaching? Explain each stage with operations involved in them.
5.    What are the principles of communication? Explain any two models of communication in detail.

SECTION - III
6.    How Flander’s interaction analysis helps in the modification of teacher behavior?
7.    What do you mean by models of teaching? Explain Glaser Basic Teaching Model in detail.

SECTION - IV
8.    What is Linear Programming? Explain it with its advantages.
9.    Write short notes on the following :
a.    Computer Assisted Instruction.
b.    Cooperative Learning.
