1.       Verbal: Here some number or letter is given. Kind of series :-> Genera, Mixed, Complex, Based on digit and Letter.
2.       Non-Verbal: Here two sets of figure are given. One set is called “Problem figure” and other as “Answer Figure”.
3.       Data-sufficiency :
The question below consists of a question followed by two statements labeled as (1) and (2). You have to decide if these statements are sufficient to answer the question. Give answer:
a)      If statement (1) alone is sufficient to answer the question but statement (2) alone is not sufficient.
b)      If statement (2) alone is sufficient to answer the question but statement (1) alone is not sufficient.
c)       If you get the answer from (1) and (2) together although neither statement is itself sufficient.
d)      If statement (1) alone is sufficient and statement (2) too alone is sufficient.
e)      If you cannot get the answer from statement (1) and (2) together but still more data are needed.
4.       Important point :
If a question involves two unknowns then (1) two (2) distinct equations are required for it. If this condition is fulfilled the C is the answer. Otherwise E is the answer. No other answer possible.
5.       After 11 years the calendar is repeated.
6.       Syllogism: It is a indispensable feature of all competitive examination and test which determines the candidate’s basic intelligence and aptitude.

Rules for mediate interface :-> Apply step by step to solve :
a)      The conclusion does not contain the middle term.
b)      No term can be distributed in the conclusion unless it is distributed in premises
c)       The middle term must be distributed at least once in the premises, otherwise conclusion is uncertain or doubtful.
d)      If once premises are particular, conclusion is particular.
e)      If both the premises are particular, no conclusion follows.
f)       If both the premises are negative, no conclusion follows.
g)      If one of the premises are negative, conclusion will always be negative
h)      If both the premises are affirmative, the conclusions would be affirmative.
7.       Alphabet : Following rule should be kept in mind :
a)      We know that there are 26 letters in the English alphabet. Remember the world FLRX . Its number position in the alphabet is 6,12,18, and 24, which is at an interval of 6.
b)      The left hand side of the English alphabet is supposed form the English alphabet begins i.e form ‘A’
c)       The right hand of English alphabet begins at your right hand i.e. ‘Z’
d)      In order to know the position of a letter in the same direction i.e. form the left to the left or form the right to the right we subtract the number position of one from another.
e)      In order to know the position of a letter in opposition direction i.e. forms left to right or form right to left direction we add the number of their positions.
f)       If the position numbers a letter to be found from the right end, then position of the 7th letter from the left end is subtracted form 27.
g)      To write the first half of the alphabet in reverse order.
1)      First half is form A to M. M L K J I H G F E D C B A
2)      Second half is form N to Z.  Z Y X W V U T S R Q P O N
