Paper-VIII (A)
Time: Three Hours                                                                                Maximum Marks: 100
The candidates shall limit their answers precisely within the answer-book (40 pages) issued to them and no supplementary/continuation sheet will be issued.
Note: Attempt five questions in all. Selecting two questions form Section-III and one question from any other three section.
SECTION-I
1.    Discuss the strengths and limitations of chalk Board writing.
2.    What do you mean by Stencils? Discuss its correct use in the field of education with examples, on the Chalk Board.
SECTION-II
3.    Describe the importance and need of teaching aids.
4.    Discuss the effective use of teaching aids in teaching and learning.
SECTION-III
5.    Discuss the utility of using Computer in the fields of education.
6.    What do you understand by MS Excel ? Discuss its use for students learning.
7.    Describe in detail Database Management and Virus Management.
8.    Write short notes on the following :
a)    Utility of Windows
b)    Use of MS Power Point for students learning
SECTION-IV
9.     What do you mean by Dark room and Camera ? Discuss the structure and importance of the dark room.
10.  Describe in detail the objectives and importance of teaching Photography in Schools.

11.  What do you mean by Yoga? Discuss its types in detail.
12.  What do you mean by Asthang Yoga by Patanjali? Explain the Psychological basics of Yoga.
SECTION-VI
13.  Explain with examples the classification and cataloguing of books in the School Library.
14.  What do you understand by the Periodicals? Explain in detail, its use and selection process.
SECTION-VII
15.  What do you understand by Medical First Aid ? Discuss the process of first aid in the case of vomiting and diarrhea.
16.  Explain the importance of Science laboratory in the First aid. Discuss the process of First aid in the case of burning and poisoning wounds.
SECTION-VIII
17.  What do you understand by Campus beautification? How can you beautify your class-rooms and campus of your schools? Give suggestions.
18.  Describe the following :
a)    Notices, slogans and posters.
b)    Identification of the campus
SECTION-IX
19.   Explain with examples the use of charts and models for creating environmental awareness.
20.  What do you mean by quality of life? Explain with examples the use of models and charts for creating population awareness.

21.  What is Physical Education? Discuss its psychological foundation.
22.  Explain the following :
a)    Rules of Kabaddi and Kho-Kho
b)    Rules of Football and Hockey
